This is a super composition - perfectly cropped. For technical comment, yes, it could be sharper and I would always try to focus on the eyes in such a shot.
Without posing the subject (who may have been moving in this shot) and setting the camera on a tripod, your best bet is not to use the LCD screen at arms lengthe to compose shots, especially with extended zoom, but to clamp the camera to your face and use the viewfinder. With you left hand supporting the camera from underneath, while also leaning against something solid, such as a wall or a lamp-post, this will make the camera much more steady and give you half a chance of capturing sharper images.
Sanchita Mukherjee: Thanks for your comment. It could have been sharper, but I was not in a position to position myself properly - and the lady was moving a bit. I was actually inside a bus, clicking through the window, as the women were very shy and would draw their veils. The men were the opposite and eagerly posed!
